How do I make a booking?

How do I send my deposit?
You can send us your deposit in one of the following ways
- by bank transfer to Intesa San Paolo, the Diano Marina IM branch, IBAN IT88Z0306949000100000004710 payable to Paola Arcolao, specifying the name used for the booking, your arrival and departure date.
- by credit card and then send a confirmation email including the same details.
How do I know if you have received my payment?
Please email us a copy of your payment. When we receive your deposit, we’ll email you a booking confirmation (only when you receive this can you consider your booking has been confirmed).
I’ve already paid the deposit but I have to cancel the booking. How do I do it?
Cancellation is free up to two days before your arrival date. In case of cancellation after this deadline, your deposit will be retained or your credit card will be charged for a sum equal to 30% of the entire amount of your stay. In case of a ‘no show’ the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
What time can we enter room(s) on the day of arrival?
Rooms are available from 2.00 pm onwards.
What time do I have to vacate my room on the day of my departure?
Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
I’ll be arriving by train. Do you offer a shuttle service?
Please provide us with advance notice of your train arrival and we will organize your transport in the most appropriate way. When you arrive at Diano station, just give us a call: in just a few minutes, our shuttle will be there to pick you up and take you to the hotel.
What are your meal times?
Self-service breakfast is served from 8.00 am to 10.00 am in the restaurant (coffee and croissants are also available after this time at the bar). Upon request, restaurant service is available from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm and from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
How far are you from the centre?
Our Hotel is about 700m from the sea promenade, which is about a ten-minute walk.
I’m intolerant to certain foods: will you be able to meet my dietary needs?
Our staff are always on hand to meet all your dietary requirements. We recommend specifying your needs at the time of booking.
Do you offer children’s meals?
Our staff are available to prepare special dishes to meet any requests you may have. We recommend specifying your needs at the time of booking.
What are the swimming pool opening times?
Our swimming pool opens at 9.00 am and closes at 7.00 pm (no swimming hat is required).
Do you accept small pets?
Provided they are used to staying away from home, your pet is welcome anywhere, except the restaurant and swimming pool areas.
I’ll be late back tonight: will it be a problem to re-enter the hotel?
No, we provide our guests with a key card which allows entry and exit 24/7.
Do you accept credit card and cheque payments?
You can pay by credit card, Visa and Mastercard, Scalapay, debit card or in cash. Sorry, we don’t accept cheque payments.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes. Internet connection is included in the price of your stay.
When can I pay my bill?
If you plan to depart in the morning before 8.00 am please settle your bill the evening before departure.
